Coronaviruses (CoV) are a large family of viruses that cause illnesses ranging from the common cold to more severe diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-CoV) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS-CoV).
Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a new strain that was discovered in 2019 and has not been previously identified in humans.
This virus is one of the zoonotic ones, which means is Transmitted from Animals to Humans, the serious investigations showed that SARS-CoV was transmitted from civet cats to humans and MERS-CoV from dromedary camels to humans.

Consider your age : 

The elderly, especially those over the age of 80, are the ones most endangered for complications of the coronavirus disease, whereas ages 10 – 39 have shown relatively low fatality rates (approximately 0.2%). That does not mean that you have a lower chance of infection if you are younger, only that you have a lower chance of the disease becoming fatal. You can still become infected and spread the disease around,so stay at your home if possible.
Your history with medical : 

People with pre-existing conditions are also more susceptible to become affected by the coronavirus than those who 
were previously healthy.

Try to keep yourself far from peoples especially in the countries where the COVID-19 is more widespread.

Wash your hands frequently: yes, this is not something easy, researchers found that the viruses are recovered by a Layer of fat, using soap as the normal daily life can helps much to 
remove the viruses, not Corona but all of them.

Try don't touch anything that peoples such frequently especially out of home

Wash your hands with soap after using electronics materials, like laptops, phones, etc 

Don't touch your face, mouth, or nose with hands not washed.

Wear a mask for yourself and for peoples around you to keep yourself and them safe.
